Advertisements Philly band Opal Eskar (Chet Delcampo, Karl Blau, Heyward Howkins) have released their new single, “Open Mind,” off their debut EP, Opal Eskar. After relocating from Washington to Philadelphia, Blau met Howkins and Delcampo, and the trio formed Opal Eskar.
